Delete Your Account

To request deletion of your account and all associated personal data, send an email to:

Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request

Include in your email:

• Your registered email address or phone number
• Your name

What gets deleted

• Your account credentials (email, password)
• Your profile information (name, phone, email)
• Your booking history
• Your uploaded payment screenshots

What is retained

We may retain anonymised transaction records for up to 3 years for legal and financial compliance under Indian law. This data cannot be linked back to you after deletion.

Processing time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once complete.
